The Daily Mail reports.At least two cadets and one midshipman were seen making the hand symbol. The hand sign is formed by joining the the index finger and thumb in a circle while extending the other three fingers, as in the traditional 'OK' symbol. A similar gesture is used in the so-called 'circle game,' in which the person making the gesture tries to trick someone into looking at it, and if successful gets to punch the onlooker in the arm. However, the ambiguous nature of the gesture is part of the appeal to extremists, according to the Anti-Defamation League.Watch the video before forming an opinion:
