Joe Biden exploded at a retired Iowa farmer who accused him of sending his son Hunter to join a Ukrainian energy firm and being too old to run for president Thursday.
The former vice president branded the man, identified as 83-year-old Merle Gorman, as a 'liar' before challenging him to a push-up contest.
Biden, 77, finished by furiously telling Gorman 'You're too old to vote for me,' despite the fact the pair are only six years apart in age.
The confrontation came on a day when House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, 79, said she had directed committee chairs to draw up articles of impeachment against Donald Trump, 73, then exploded in rage when she was asked if she 'hates' him.
