CNN ran with a story quoting one source who stated that the reason why this Russian spy was extradited to the U.S. was because the intelligence community did not trust President Trump. This story was then picked-up by virtually every news network in the world. What we have learned since yesterday is that this claim is bogus. The planning for the extradition of this spy was happening before Donald Trump was even President.
