FOX News: Michael Cohen levels new allegation, claims he worked to rig online polls at Trump’s direction

Michael Cohen, the president’s former fixer who was recently sentenced to three years in prison, leveled a new allegation Thursday at President Trump by claiming his former boss directed him to rig online polls ahead of the 2016 presidential race.

Cohen tweeted the allegation after the Wall Street Journal published a story saying he paid thousands of dollars to a man named John Gauger of the company RedFinch to try to boost Trump’s standing in two polls. One was a 2014 CNBC online poll of the country’s top business leaders; the other was a 2015 online Drudge Report poll of potential Republican presidential candidates.

Michael Cohen has responded by denying that he paid cash to the consultant (it was by check), while saying that he was under the direction of then civilian Donald Trump. What's my take. To me online polls are nothing but click-bait, and not to be treated as serious. Manipulating a Drudge poll certainly does not excite me, and on top of everything else this so-called manipulation did not even worked. What is more serious to me are companies like Google fixing their search engine results to favour Democrat - Progressive websites. Or Facebook altering their news feeds to omit conservative pages and sites. Or main stream media news sites pushing political narratives that they support, but omit those that they do not. But alas, very little if any media focus on this (IMHO) far bigger story.
