WNU Editor: A lot of criticisms have been leveled at Project Veritas over the past few years, but if this report is an indication on how the US State Department operates .... or at least a part of it .... it is incredibly damning. On the one hand I would like to think that US State Department employee Stuart Karaffa is exception, and that everyone else in the State Department works responsibly.
